Media Contacts and Guidelines
All media requests for interviews, press passes, and information, including photography and filming requests, must be coordinated through the High Museum’s Public Relations Office. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Though we strive to accommodate all requests in a timely manner, please note that we cannot accommodate members of the media who drop in on weekends without prior communication. If you would like to obtain a press pass to visit the Museum, please contact the Public Relations Office at least two business days in advance.
The High Museum allows on-site photography and filming for media purposes; restrictions apply. All photo and video shoots must be coordinated through the Public Relations Office. Please read our Photography Policy and Guidelines. You may also submit a photography/filming request using the form here.*
High-resolution interior and exterior images of the High Museum and images related to special exhibitions and the collections are available for reproduction by the media. Contact the Public Relations Office for high-res images or more information specific to your request.* All other requests for images should go through our Rights and Reproductions Office. This includes requests for academic purposes, commercial publishing, exhibitions, etc.
Photography and filming for commercial purposes are subject to additional fees and are typically scheduled on Mondays, when the High is closed to the public. To submit a request for a commercial shoot, please fill out the Photography/Filming Request Form.*
