Digital Membership Cards
We’ve partnered with Cuseum to provide digital membership cards, a convenient, eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic cards.
Once downloaded to your smartphone, your digital card will automatically update each year when you renew. Plus, digital membership cards provide quick links to our website, contact information, and helpful reminders—and you’ll never worry about forgetting your card when you visit the Museum! Learn more about digital membership cards below.
If you wish to receive a printed plastic card, please request one at the Admissions Desk on your next visit to the High.
If you need a new download link for your digital membership card, please visit the Digital Membership Card Portal.
With the High’s new digital membership cards, you never have to worry about forgetting your card when you visit the Museum! Learn more about this new benefit below.
Q. What are digital membership cards?
A. Digital cards are a convenient, eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic cards that must be reprinted and mailed each year. Digital cards can be downloaded to a smartphone’s “wallet” for convenient access.
Q. I’m a new member. When will I receive my digital membership card?
A. Once your membership is processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and access your new digital membership card. Please allow up to seven business days for online or on-site membership purchases to be processed.
Q: Will my digital card update when I renew my membership?
A: Yes, your digital card will automatically update when your membership information changes, so you only need to download your card once! Please note that if you renew early, your new expiration date will refresh once your current membership ends.
Q. How do I add the digital membership card to my iPhone?
A. Open the download instructions email from your smartphone and click the “Download” button. Then click “Add to Wallet” and “Add.” The card will automatically save in your iPhone’s Apple Wallet and can be accessed there at any time.
Q. How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
A. Android users should download Wallet Passes from Google Play. Once the app is installed, access the membership email from your smartphone and click “Download.” Your digital membership card will automatically save to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed at any time.
Q. Can I get a printed plastic card instead of a digital membership card?
A. Yes, you may request a printed card at the Admissions Desk on your next visit to the High.
Q. How do I update the information on my card if it’s incorrect?
A. We are happy to make the correction. Please email email@example.com or call Member Services at 404-733-4575.
Q. There are two named members on my membership. How can the second member receive a digital card?
A. The email with download instructions will be sent to the primary member’s email address. Once the primary member has downloaded their digital card, they can share their pass with the second named member. Our admissions staff may request a corresponding photo ID upon entry to ensure that only named members are using your digital card.
iPhone users should navigate to the back of the card by clicking the small ellipsis button in the top right of the card. After selecting the “Share” icon in the top right corner, share the pass via text, email, or AirDrop.
Android users should navigate to the back of the card by clicking the small icon on the bottom right of the card. After selecting “Share Pass,” share the pass via email.
Q. I have a Caregiver benefit on my membership. Will I get a card for my caregiver too?
A. No, we do not issue membership cards for Caregivers. When accompanying an adult member, a caregiver can simply check in with the member at the Admissions Desk.
When a caregiver will be accompanying your children to the High, we encourage you to prepurchase tickets online for a smooth check-in process. Our admissions staff can also look up your membership at check-in using your member number.
Q. Can I access my benefits on the digital card?
A. Yes, your membership benefits are listed on the back of your digital card.
Q. I need a new link for downloading my digital card. What should I do?
A. To receive a new download link for your digital membership card, please visit the Digital Membership Card Portal. You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your membership so that a new link can be generated and emailed to you.
Q. Will I still need to show my Photo ID with my digital card?
A. The safety and security of members is very important to us, and we want to ensure that no one else is using your membership benefits. Our admissions staff may request a corresponding photo ID upon entry to ensure that only named members are using your membership.
